Corporate LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) sample copy

1. Recently dated (should not older than 3-5 working days).
2. The file should be in PDF format.
3. On original company letterhead with complete name, address, phone number, fax number and email address.
4. The LOI may be addressed to Iberian TradeLink.
5. Indicating the quantity, duration, destination port, target price, specification and preferred origin, and banking details.
6. The documents must be signed and stamped to be taken as valid.

IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER (ICPO) sample copy

1. Recently dated (should not older than 3-5 working days).
2. The format should be PDF File
3. On original company letterhead with complete name, address, phone number, fax number and email address
4. The information must be fully detailed and with specification.
5. The ICPO may be addressed to 'the seller' direct or via Iberian TradeLink.
6. Complete and full Bank details specific to the deal.
7. The documents must be signed and sealed to be taken as valid.
8. Authorization for a Bank probe.
9. ICPO with BCL.
